Welder, Fabricator, Shop Worker - Entry Level 
Small, non-union shop in South Fremont that specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of small structural steel projects. 
Looking for an entry level welder with a certification in 232/Dual Shield Wire in all positions or enough experience so we can assist in getting you certified.  
Experience a plus in hardwire welding (GMAW) and stick welding (7018, 6010) 

 

Looking for the following skills in an employee: 
  • Familiarity with Welding tools and procedures; including cold saw, band saw, ironworker, grinding hand tools, plasma torch, oxyacetylene torch 
  • Ability to read tape measure and fractional measurements 
  • Layout using common measuring tools 
  • Experience with hand/power tools
  • Willing to drive a forklift and train to get certified if not already
  • Prefer someone with a clean DMV and current Drivers License

 

Looking for the following characteristics in an employee: 
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Ability to follow instructions efficiently
  • Good retention/quick learner
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical work 
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to be on time

 

Pay is determined by experience, $15/hr and up.  
Opportunity for moving up quickly.  
Position is full time, with overtime when needed, working 7am-3:30pm.
