Hi all,
You’ve seen my email about the job fair. I need to get your help with some feedback.

How is the job market out there looking for everyone? Are people able to find good jobs pretty easily? Or are people still hesitant to get back into the workforce?

The reason I ask is that we have a lot fewer people signed up for the job fair this time than in March (but we have LOTS of companies interested). Obviously back in March there was a lot of uncertainty about the economy and there had been layoffs, but I also know that some people were still concerned then about getting back into the workplace and the unemployment benefits were higher - yet we still had a pretty good turnout.

I’m trying to understand if people are all employed, or if there might be other reasons people aren’t looking for jobs like they were back in March. Send me your thoughts.

Thanks,
Mark
