Stratasys is a world-leader in 3D printing so check out this opportunity.

And even if you don’t seem to meet all or most of the requirements, still consider applying if you’re interested. Companies will often put down their wish list of things they’d like in a candidate, but if you’re a quick learner often you can pick up on some of the skillsets you might be lacking if you're strong in other areas.

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

This is Kara Krone, former Laney student and FabLab Assistant Manager (You may remember the caliper boxes I made for the machining dept). You referred me to my current company (Origin) for an internship, which has grown into a Senior Engineer position.

Origin is now part of Stratasys, and our business unit is seeking a Hardware Technician to assist in a variety of electrical and hardware related tasks. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience and good mechanical/electrical intuition. Interest and/or experience in 3D printing is a plus.

This is a temporary position with potential for full hire in 2022. Full time availability is preferred, but there is some flexibility.

This could be a great opportunity for someone in your network to grow their professional career. Please see the job description attached and let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Kara Krone
Sr. R&D Test Engineer
