Responsibilities

·         General machine operation throughout the duration of the shift.

·         In-process inspection to detailed specifications.

·         Make minor adjustments to machinery if necessary.

·         Perform required maintenance on machines and keep area clean.

Requirements

·         Have attained a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

·         0-3 years (willing to train employees) experience with machine operation, ranging from vertical, horizontal and milling machining centers.

·         Ability to read and understand part drawings and perform 1st article inspection.

·         Ability to use a wide range of inspection instruments.

·         Experience with commonly machined materials, such as stainless steel and aluminum.

·         Comfortable with high precision, complex and challenging components.

·         Ability to deburr parts.

·         Willingness to learn new equipment.

·         Experience with pallet lines a plus.

·         A team player, capable of effectively communicating with peers.
