Subject: Technician Position Available at Anamet, Inc. in Hayward

Mark,

I spoke with Nils Kjell a few weeks ago about our need for an industrial arts hands-on type of person with manual machining experience and he recommended that I send this job position description to you with the hope that you will circulate it to as many people or post it at as many locations as you see fit, or are willing to do.  We would really like someone somewhat local to our Hayward facility.

The position is really a jack-of-all-trades job within the company.  Aptitude and attitude are more important than a specific match with all of the various job responsibilities, but experience with manual machining methods is very necessary.  It’s hard to teach that, but we can certainly teach and train on all of the other job roles.  The job is NOT all machining though.  It’s really a rotating position between all of our testing services groups to help out wherever help is needed based on the workload.  So, variety in the workday will be certain.  The potential to move up or into a fixed job role is possible also (if they want that) as jobs open up within the organization.

I’d be glad to talk more about this job or about Anamet if you want more information to pass along the details to others.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Sincerely,

Ken
