I hope this email finds you well.  My name is Matt, I’m a Recruiter for Aerotek in Alameda.  Currently I’m working with a company that has an immediate need for a CNC machinist.  They are really looking for someone that has the desire to learn new machines and has the ability to run 2-3 machines at once. The great news is that they are open to experience and will consider candidates with minimal experience provided they have a foundational knowledge in CNC machines and the desire to apply themselves and progress.  That sounds like it could be a great fit for a standout student!

Do you have any students (former or current) that could be interested?  The position is a swing shift starting at 2:30pm in the San Leandro/Hayward area.  The pay depends on experience, and it ranges from $17 - $27/hr.  This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.  The company name is confidential until the candidate completes a personal interview with Aerotek, at which point full job details will be disclosed.
