San Jose City College had the hire of a part-time welding instructor fall through and are in need of an instructor for the spring. It’s an evening class and meets Mon/Wed.

It requires an associates degree and 6 years of welding experience (or a bachelor’s and 2 years). If you are interested, please contact Ingrid below.

Please let me know if you know of any welding instructors who could teach SJCC welding courses (IRON 150, 151, and 152) for the Spring 2016 semester, beginning February 1st (we thought we had secured an instructor, the schedule didn’t work out).

 

Here is the schedule:

 

·         Monday/Wednesday

·         Lec = 0500-0615p

·         Lab = 0625-0830p

 

Class #1/Welding I:  2/1 – 3/9 

 

Class #2/Welding II:  3/14 – 4/25

 

Class #3/Welding III 4/27 – 6/6

 

Note:  Candidates must possess an Associates’ Degree and 6 years of experience in the field or Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in the field.
