Standard Metal Products (SMP) is an established CNC Machine Shop located in the South of Market neighborhood in San Francisco, and we are looking for an experienced FT Waterjet Operator, as well as an experienced FT Machinist (and a PT Welder). Work is both interesting and challenging, and we work with a diverse set of clients including aerospace, transportation, medical, and art fabrication. For a sample of our work check out

is conveniently located 3 blocks from New Montgomery BART stop and directly off the freeway using the 5th St exit.
WATER JET REQUIREMENTS:
* Water jet operator must have experience with laser, plasma, or water jet machines.
* Strong 2D CAD skills.
MACHINIST REQUIREMENTS:
* Machinist candidate MUST have 3+ years PROFESSIONAL experience on manual mill and lathe as a bare minimum.
* If you have CAD/CAM experience, that's a plus.
PART-TIME WELDER REQUIREMENTS:
* Professional TIG and MIG experience is a must.
