- General Knowledge and Skills in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry
- Mechanically Inclined
- Work Independently
- Must Speak Fluent English
- Good Organizational Skills
- Trustworthy and Reliable
- Computer Skills
- Will work under a Direct Supervisor
