Attached is the detail job description. Our manufacturing facility is located in Santa Clara, CA and all primary employees are union members of Local 52. The hourly rate for this position is $35.90 and we offer full benefits, 401K company match, gainshare and much more. The work schedule is a 12 hour shift, 3 days on 3 days off which rotates each month from day shift (6am – 6pm) to graveyard shift (6pm – 6am). The shift mechanic role is for more reactive work that happens on a day to day basis. Training will be provided on day shift for a couple months then the employee would shadow a shift mechanic until they are able to work on their own.
