3D Printer Technician
Responsibilities (3D printer experience NOT necessary):
Run 3D print jobs, perform preventative maintenance, and service production grade 3D printers
“Dial-in” machine performance and provide R&D engineers (mechanical and software) suggestions about mechanical and operation improvements
Experience (some mix of the following):
Mechanically Inclined (hands-on experience with machining or other manufacturing technologies)
Understanding of accuracy, tolerance and mechanical drawings
CAD / CAM software experience
Experience working on and maintaining machines with performance and reliability targets
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in machines and machinery operation software
