Machine Operator/Art Metal
We have an opportunity for a team member as a Machine Operator, operating industrial robots.
Established in 1998, we specialize in high end projects for the arts, architecture, and design
industries. We are a steadily growing company that offers the opportunity to develop as a
professional, work with some very talented people and the satisfaction of being part of the
creation of some extraordinary, globally recognized projects. A person who is easy to work with,
reliable, has a high mechanical aptitude, and a mind for details is an ideal candidate.
New team members will receive training in robot operation and processes, and will be expected
to operate both in a team and independently to meet project deadlines.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Robot cell setup & workpiece handling
• Generate tool paths for industrial robots
• Operate industrial robots
• Apply abrasive finishing techniques utilizing sanders and other tools according to verbal &
written standard operating procedures
• Basic maintenance of robots and tools

Required Qualifications
• Team player
• 1+ years in an industrial environment
• Mechanically minded/comfortable with machines
• Attention to detail/thoroughness
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Capable of safe & competent work around potentially hazardous machinery
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work swing shift/weekends
• CAD environment experience at any level
• CNC experience & machine programming

Pay based on experience, starting $20-24/hr.
