The Association of Manufacturers - Bay Area (AMBA) is looking for community college ambassadors to spread the word about manufacturing and the skilled trades.
As an ambassador, you go into classrooms to talk to K-12 students about the great careers available in manufacturing and the skilled trades. It doesn’t take a lot of time (3-4 times a year for an hour) and is an excellent opportunity to let kids know about the world of creating and making stuff!
We have training sessions that cover what to talk about and we help make the connections to local schools. It’s very easy, flexible and fun!
and we’ll be in touch.
Thanks,
Mark
P.S. Please feel free to forward this on to others at your college or workplace that might be interested.
