CNC Machinist with Manual Experience
Must be able to setup, operate and maintain CNC equipment
Capable of interpreting and editing CNC programs using Fanuc and Fadal
Modify programs as required to meet product conformity.
inspect parts using basic measuring tools
basic Math skill a MUST, Manual machinist experience a plus
Reads blue print and job traveler specifications to determine the proper tooling
required to set up each operation.
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of work piece to
specifications using standard measuring tools.
Replace cutting tools as required to meet product conformity.
Deburr work pieces as required.
