We are looking for some entry level CNC operators. They must be able to work any of our 3 shifts, so it would not work if someone is still attending school. We work with glass, so we train from the ground up in our processes. It’s a great starting job, we
all work with the new people. Lost’s of room to grow.
ENTRY LEVEL Haas CNC Mill Operators
Quality Quartz Engineering, is seeking energetic candidates who want to
enter the exciting fast paced world of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining.

Qualifications:
-Ability to follow directions
-Good team player
-Good with measurement tools
-Proficient in math
-Eager to learn a new skill
-Attention to detail
-Comfortable in a shop environment with oil and acetone
-Any manufacturing skills a plus
-Military experience a plus
-Able to work any shift, Day, Swing, Graveyard
Skills you will learn:
-Read Blueprint and load correct CNC program.
-Prepare CNC machine for production by positioning stops, guides, and utilization of vacuum chucks.
-Use of precise measurement tool such a calipers and micrometers
-Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; inspecting parts; adjusting controls.
-Performs simple programming as needed to assist Programmer/Supervisor.
-Operate Core Drills, Grinders, Lathes, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
