Hi all,
Below are a couple of organizations focused on getting more women into jobs in manufacturing and the skilled trades.

1) Tradeswomen Inc is an organization that has been around for 40 years and works with women in the trades. They are a grassroots support organization, whose mission is outreach, recruitment, retention and leadership development for women in blue- collar skilled craft jobs.

2) "Daughters of Rosie is a professional network that serves women working in manufacturing and the skilled trades. We can help you find jobs with growth potential, purpose, and great benefits in the manufacturing industry. All of our partner companies have been vetted and are committed to supporting women in their facilities. Becoming a member of Daughters of Rosie is free. Once you join, we will create a professional profile for you and share job opportunities that align with your values and career goals. Check out this video of one of our partner companies, Saildrone. If you're interested in finding out more, you can fill out a short form here and we will reach out to set up an informational interview.

And if you already have a job you love, we still would like for you to be part of our network. You can connect with other women in the trades, and we’re always looking for mentors to help those just getting started. Sign up at https://www.daughtersofrosie.com/join-form.html

The organizations have slightly different approaches to helping out, and I would encourage women (as well as men and non-binary folks) to check out the services offered by both of these organizations.

Regards,
Mark
