Dear Manufacturers,
On February 21 I’m organizing a regional conference on how companies and educators can increase the number of women entering into the manufacturing skilled trades. Details on the event and how to register are below.

One of the panel sessions will have companies talk about how they recruit (and keep) women in their skilled trades positions. We’re still looking for a couple of companies that are doing a good job of this to be on the panel. If you feel your company (or one you know of) is doing a good job (or making good progress), please reach out to me.

And while the event is focused on manufacturing, we're interested in talking to companies in other industries (such as automotive, transit, etc.) that have successful approaches.

Regards,
Mark
