Christine Ngo is the VP of Operations & Business Development for Silicon Valley Elite Manufacturing, a quality fabrication and machining company that was founded by her father and brother. Christine will share insights she has learned from professional development courses she has taken in family enterprise, as well as her personal experience joining her family business and transitioning into a leadership role. Her presentation will be followed by a general discussion and individuals involved in family manufacturing businesses are encouraged to share their personal experiences, challenges, and solutions.
