FYI. Laney College is having an Open House this Saturday to show the general public their various Career Education programs.

If you or your employees have kids who want to explore various manufacturing and skilled trades careers (welding, machining, HVAC, electrical, electronics, wood tech, carpentry, etc.) then Laney is a great place to see it all. Or maybe you just want to network with various teachers as you’re looking for employees to hire.

Come check out the brand-new, 5-axis CNC router in the wood department, or the Zeiss NC CMM in machining, the Tiny House in carpentry, or the 3D printers in the Fab Lab, etc.

If you have teenage kids, use this as an opportunity to entice them to stop playing Fortnite video games all summer long and learn new stuff!

Thanks,
Mark

P.S. Please forward on to others.

Note: All Laney career programs will be open for tours, including areas such as culinary, graphic arts, photography, architecture, engineering, etc.
