1) We still have a few slots open for the Golf Benefit on Friday (Nov 12) at Lake Chabot Golf Course (Oakland) from 1:30 - 4. Proceeds will be used to start a scholarship fund for skilled trades students. Register online today. Weather’s going to be nice! 

2) The community college's COE has published their monthly report showing employment statistics in the Bay Area. While manufacturing numbers are still down overall from 2019, they’ve been making a strong comeback, and there are a couple of counties who have actually gained manufacturing jobs.

3) And remember, if you have manufacturing job postings, send them to me and I’ll send them out to my network of students, alumni, and faculty.
