The Position

THE PROGRAM

The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is recruiting to fill a maximum of six (6) positions for its Limited Term (LT) Special Employment Program (SEP) (Community Trainee Program (CTP). This one-year employment program provides training and work experience for trainees referred from community-based job-training programs to help them increase their employment skills and experience.

THE POSITIONS

Four (4) SEP/CTP positions are in the Operations and Maintenance Department and two (2) SEP/CTP positions are in the Wastewater Department at EBMUD. SEP/CTP trainees in these departments may assist in a variety of work areas including but not limited to grounds maintenance, carpentry, and painting.
